Global Process Owner Finance - Program Symphony

The Role

The Global Process Owner (Finance) Program Symphony will lead endtoend process and system design for both the Record to Report and Budget to Forecast processes with the ability to identify gaps between the current ERP and new SAP platform set the requirements and own the design for the new global solutions and processes in S4 HANA and will be responsible for collaborating with Program Leadership Program Staff and organizational Subject Matter Experts to achieve the Program goals of simplifying and standardizing the global processes and procedures. The suitable candidate will need to think and manage projects and procedures strategically but also have a handson role with regards to creating implementing and maintaining processes providing support for Program Leadership and prioritization of workload within an experienced team.

Specific Job Responsibilities:

• Colead Fit To Standard (F2S) Workshops
• Identify localization requirements and gaps with country leads (SMEs)
• Support Business Design Authority (BDA) approval processes for nonstandard gaps
• Design of manual workarounds or nonSAP processes to accommodate gaps
• Create endtoend process design documentation
• Document business requirements for any nonstandard roles
• Input into and signoff configuration design
• Input into and Signoff functional specifications
• Generate SOPs Standard Operating Procedures
• Document the functional role design of the processes including segregation of duty requirements
• Validate and confirm that segregation of duties or other required controls have been designed
• Mapping of endusers / business roles to SAP standard roles
• Cutover planning
• Master & transactional data mapping review and approval
• Consultation on data profiling results
• Advisor to establishing formal data ownership
• Oversight of data cleansing rules and data cleaning activities
• Support data migration issue resolution
• Provide test scenarios for User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Execute testing for UAT where required
• Gather and review change impacts
• Signoff change impact assessment
• Design and oversee implementation of change interventions
• Review and signoff training materials
• Support training needs analysis
• Support enduser training as required (roles to be defined in the training strategy)
• Other duties may be assigned as Program needs arise.

Qualifications:

• BS in Accounting Finance Business or other related disciplinepreferred
• Strong knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems. SAP S4 HANA experience is a plus.
• Minimum of 10 years progressive experience in accounting/finance within a manufacturing environment required.
• Advanced proficiency in process modeling and analysis using tools such as O365.
• Demonstrated skillset of process improvement
• Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills with high attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with external stakeholders.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Ability to efficiently analyze large datasets.

The Nuts and Bolts

Location This is an inoffice position 1020 of the time. The location of this position is in Boulder CO. The remainder of the time you may work from home. These percentages are targets with the actual schedule to be determined in conjunction with the Managers expectations for the position.

Pay Range

$75000 120000 depending upon experience

How we determine what we pay (compensation philosophy)

Particle Measuring Systems determines pay for positions using local national and industryspecific survey data for the Boulder Colorado area. We will evaluate external equity which is the relative marketplace job worth of jobs directly comparable to jobs within our company.

For new hires we try to make competitive offers between the minimum and around the midpoint of the range. This allows the new employee room for future merit increases during review cycles. There may be times when we will offer above the midpoint. The decision to do so will be based on the applicants level of experience education and specialized knowledge and skills. Additionally we consider the external market rate the amount we have budgeted internally and the compensation rates of the employees within the company doing the same position.
