The Honolulu Board of Water Supply Land Division is seeking a detailedoriented individual with experience in real property acquisition and/or appraisal to fill a RightofWay Agent II position.Under close supervision you will assist with:- Acquiring real property and real property interests required for the construction operation and maintenance of the departments water infrastructure;
- Managing and recommending how to optimally utilize departmental real property and facilities by other utilities government agencies private organizations etc.; and
- Disposing of surplus departmental real property and real property interests.
Special Work Requirements: Moderate walking and hiking over undeveloped lands for purposes of inspecting real property.

At time of application you must be a citizen national or permanent resident alien of the United States or a noncitizen eligible under federal law for unrestricted employment.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENT:
Equivalent to graduation from a regionallyaccredited fouryear college or university with major work in the field of business administration public administration economics or a related field.
Education obtained outside of the United States must be comparable to a degree earned at a regionallyaccredited fouryear college/university in the United States. In order to receive credit for the education a foreign credential evaluation (FCE) must be provided. We also reserve the right to request further information about your academic program evidence of comparability or an original transcript.

Six months ofprofessional (postbachelors degree nonclerical) experience in real property acquisition and/or appraisal activities.
LICENSE REQUIREMENT:
