Job Description

As the Business Owner of the One Destination Platform (ODP) you will assume responsibility for strategy business and technology. Together with a strong team of experts you will shape the platforms direction lead an interdisciplinary team and manage the entire software development process from UX/UI and prioritization to implementation. You will work closely with internal and external partners and be responsible for budget and team management.

Responsibilities:

Shared responsibility for the strategic direction together with the ODP team of experts
Responsibility for profit and loss (P&L) in the fouryear plan including reporting and performance measurement
Leading the ODP team with a focus on UX/UI requirements management and software development
Managing internal and external stakeholders and agencies
Prioritization and overall responsibility for the software development process
Project and budget responsibility including personnel decisions within the budget

Requirements

Completed studies in business administration business informatics or a related field
Knowledge of software development particularly in the UX/UI area
Experience working with agencies and interdisciplinary teams
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
