Summary of Position:
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled SeniorApparel Production Specialist to join our inhouse decoration facilityfocusing on screen printing and crystal application. This handson role isideal for someone who thrives on craftsmanship process efficiency and qualitycontrol. The right candidate will be instrumental in executing production taskswhile supporting continuous improvement across the operation.
Duties and Responsibilities
Operate screen printing and crystal applicationequipment including the Crystal Cam machine
Prepare materials and execute decoration taskswith precision and efficiency
Conduct quality checks to ensure all garmentsmeet Rebels high standards
Assist in maintaining production schedules andmeeting deadlines
Partner with the creative team to translatedesigns into productionready output
Monitor and maintain supplies working withvendors and inventory systems as needed
Track workflow using production software andcontribute to accurate documentation
Identify process improvements and share feedbackwith leadership for implementation
Help uphold safety standards and maintain aclean organized work environment
Qualifications
Handson experience with screen printing presses(M&R)
Familiarity with Crystal Cam machine is a plus;additional training to be provided
Strong eye for detail and craftsmanship inapparel design and layout
Ability to thrive in a fastpaceddeadlinedriven environment
Familiarity with production software andinventory tracking tools
Organized proactive and solutionorientedmindset
Strong communication skills and ability to workcollaboratively across teams
Open to mentorshipsupport from a veteran printshop owner will be available
WorkingConditions
This role is performed in a production environment and mayinvolve noise standing for extended periods and handling of materials. Someexposure to chemicals used in screen printing and apparel decoration.
