Job Description

The Role:

As a key member of our marketing team and partnering with all areas of our business you will be responsible for leading and executing our corporate communications strategies engaging with a large number of stakeholder groups both internally and externally.

What Youll Do:

  • Be responsible for the development and of our corporate communications strategy and planning across a wide range of internal and external stakeholder groups and audiences
  • Execute against these strategies and plans and take responsibility for all daytoday communicationsrelated activities
  • Creation of highquality and engaging communications and content
  • Partner with our external PR agency to deliver against agreed objectives
  • Develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders the media industry bodies and key partners to enhance Haymes Paints brand reputation
  • Provide communications support for key projects and change initiatives
  • Be a key contributor to ESG strategies initiatives and related communications
  • Monitor performance set KPIs and ensure accountability across of the corporate communications function

What Were Looking For:

  • An experienced corporate communications professional to take the lead on all communications activity across our business
  • Proven corporate communications experience in complex environments with multiple stakeholder groups and audiences
  • Exposure to ESG requirements strategy development and
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to inspire influence and engage
  • Strong relationshipbuilding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven selfleadership and organisational skills
  • Strong copywriting and editing skills and the ability to create highquality content to engage and influence
  • Commercial acumen and awareness
