Are you passionate about mass spectrometry and biotech innovation Do you thrive in a collaborative fastpaced environment where your expertise makes a real impact Were looking for a LCMS Analytical Development Specialist to become our goto expert in Mass Spectrometry and help drive forward cuttingedge analytical solutions.
As our inhouse LCMS expert youll lead analytical development projects centered on oligonucleotide analysis and other biomolecules using stateoftheart UPLC/UV UPLC/MS (SQ QToF) and capillary electrophoresis systems. Your work will directly support the development of novel therapeutics and tools for the life sciences.
This is a highly visible role within the companyone where your technical leadership will contribute not just to project success but to the standardization innovation and scalability of our analytical practices.
Lead the development and validation of new analytical methods (sample prep UPLC/MS etc. and improve existing ones.
Manage oligonucleotide sample analysis collaborating closely with R&D teams to interpret multitechnique results.
Take part in routine and highthroughput analyses supporting projects across the company.
Drive method transfer to QC and ensure robustness for future scaleup.
Own instrument performance: maintenance qualification SOPs logbooks and system suitability testing.
Author highquality protocols and technical reports and contribute to scientific reviews and continuous learning.
Promote crossteam collaboration and act as an analytical science ambassador within the organization.
MustHaves:
MSc or equivalent in Analytical Chemistry Biochemistry or related field.
5 years experience in analytical development using LC/MS (low and high resolution) on biomolecules.
Deep expertise in UHPLC and mass spectrometry data analysis including software tools.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills French and English proficiency required.
Selfmotivated and teamoriented with a handson proactive mindset.
