Job Summary:
- Provides customer service and resolves issues by offering solutions explanations and options.
General Responsibilities:
- Provides customers information about products or services takes or enters orders or obtains details of complaints.
- Assists customers in identifying and purchasing firearms and firearms related accessories and training
- Ensures full customer satisfaction and maintains a friendly helpful demeanor.
- Ensures proper documentation and processing of firearms and related articles according to federal regulations.
- Creates strategies to ensure company profitability is maintained and goals are met.
- Identifies and prioritizes problems and issues related to service area.
- Maintains close contact with customer to give updates on progress toward resolution of issue or service requests.
- Ensures that appropriate changes were made to resolve customers problems.
- Refers unresolved customer issues to designated departments.
- Keeps records of customer interactions recording details of inquiries complaints or comments as well as actions taken.
- The company reserves the right to add or change duties at any time.
Job Qualifications:
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience: 13 years of related experience
- Flexibility: Willingness and ability to work longer shifts as required based on the needs of the store
- Transportation: Reliable transportation daily
