The Illinois Department of Central Management Services Bureau of Property Management is seeking to hire an experienced Assistant Chief Engineer at the Chicago Medical Center in Chicago. This lead worker position manages plans coordinates and directs all phases of the physical plant operations for the Chicago Medical Center and other CMS owned anrated facilities in the Northern Region. In addition this position prepares specifications for equipment and supplies and works with outside contracts to obtain estimates for work to be performed as well as representing CMS building management to resolve problems and any controversies relating to building services furnishings fixtures and improvement projects. The ideal candidate possesses strong communication organization and engineer trade skills. We invite all qualified candidates to apply!
