**Job Description:**
Mind & Mobility is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Per Diem Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team in the Boca Raton area. This role offers the unique opportunity to provide both inperson and telehealth mental health services to our clients ensuring they receive the support they need when and where they need it.
**Responsibilities:**
1. **Assessment and Evaluation:** Conduct thorough assessments of clients mental health needs including history presenting issues and treatment goals.
2. **Individualized Treatment:** Develop and implement personalized treatment plans using evidencebased therapeutic interventions.
3. **Therapeutic Counseling:** Provide individual and group therapy sessions to clients addressing a wide range of mental health concerns.
4. **Crisis Intervention:** Offer crisis intervention and support to clients in times of acute distress.
5. **Collaboration:** Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including physicians nurses and other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care for clients.
6. **Documentation:** Maintain accurate and uptodate client records progress notes and treatment plans in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
7. **Telehealth Services:** Conduct telehealth visits when appropriate ensuring a high standard of care is maintained.
8. **Client Advocacy:** Advocate for clients needs and rights providing resources and referrals as necessary.
**Qualifications:**
Valid LCSW licensure in the state of Florida.
Experience in mental health assessment and treatment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a healthcare team.
Familiarity with telehealth platforms and technology.
Compassion empathy and a strong commitment to improving clients mental health.
