Zantech is looking for a talented Cybersecurity Certification and Accreditation Analyst to support our Federal Client during a cuttingedge enterprise information technology implementation.

This upcoming project offers cloud infrastructure specialists an opportunity to manage and secure federal hosting environments requiring highlevel security compliance. This project provides capacity planning disaster recovery implementation and providing 24/7 technical support for missioncritical applications in AWS GovCloud environments. Ideal candidates will have experience with infrastructure as a service (IaaS) security compliance frameworks like NIST and RMF and technical skills in areas such as virtualization monitoring and network security.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Serves as a cybersecurity Subject Matter Expert for Authorization of information systems
  • Fully versed in DoD implementation of authorization process and supporting policies/procedures
  • Performs DoD cybersecurity process for authorizing information systems
  • Understands how NIST 80053 security controls apply to assessing and authorizing large IT infrastructures
  • Determines severity of identified vulnerabilities and ramifications on system authorization
  • Briefs senior management on progress/results of systems undergoing authorization

Required Qualifications:

  • Five years of relevant C&A experience Risk Management Framework (RMF) and NIST C&A experience DOD cybersecurity experience
  • DOD Secret Clearance (TOP SECRET for DLA CERT duty)
  • Must be eligible for IT II
  • Relevant certification meeting DOD 8570.01 IAM level III (or IAT level II for CERT personnel)
  • Experience assessing security controls and conducting authorization reviews for large complex organizations
  • Computing Environment certifications as specified
