We are a wellestablished familyrun dental practice in Palmers Green that has been delivering exceptional patient care and dentistry to the wider community for close to 40 years.
Our stateoftheart dental practice and highly skilled team are equipped with the latest innovative technology with each team member playing a crucial role in providing comprehensive dental care ranging from emergency treatment to cosmetic procedures and everything in between. As we continue to grow we are seeking a friendly confident Dental Nurse to join our kind diverse and dynamic team. Supporting and working alongside our Clinicians nursing team and administrators to provide the best possible care and experience for our patients.
Position Overview
As a Dental Nurse you will play a crucial role in creating a safe clean and well prepared environment for our patients. This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified dental nurse or experienced trainee dental nurse to contribute to the success of a thriving dental practice delivering a memorable experience for our patients visitors and partners throughout every stage of their treatment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist dentists during various dental procedures
Prepare and maintain dental instruments and equipment
Ensure infection control protocols are strictly followed
Provide chairside support to create a comfortable patient experience.
Process dental Xrays
Educate patients on postoperative care and oral hygiene
Maintain accurate and uptodate patient records
Maintain surgery stock levels materials and equipment
Qualifications:
Registration with the GDC
Dental Nursing Qualification
Indemnity insurance
Exceptional customer service and communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficient in using dental software (SEO) and Microsoft Office
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
Positive attitude and a team player
