Mental Health Nurse Auckland New Zealand
Salary: NZD $81683 $106739 per annum
Relocation stipend available: amount evaluated on case-by-case basis
Full immigration support provided
Purpose of the Position
We are seeking a dedicated and culturally responsive Registered Mental Health Nurse to join a multidisciplinary mental health and addictions team based in Auckland New Zealand. In this role you will contribute to the delivery of high-quality person-centred care for tangata whaiora and their whnau working collaboratively with health professionals and external agencies. Care provided is grounded in the Mental Health and Addictions scope of practice and aligned with Nursing Council of New Zealand competencies.
Key Responsibilities
Document care planning and progress accurately and professionally.
Requirements
Registered Nurse with current New Zealand Annual Practicing Certificate (APC) under the Mental Health scope.
Postgraduate Certificate in Health Sciences (Mental Health & Addictions) or working towards this.
At least 1 year of post-registration experience in a mental health setting.
Commitment to reflective practice cultural competence and continuous professional development.
Strong clinical documentation care coordination and communication skills.
A collaborative and accountable approach to practice.
