TheMarine Corps Account Leadis a Directorlevel leadership position reporting to the VP of Delivery. The successful candidate has experience with Marine Corps financial management progressively more responsible leadership positions in the Federal Consulting Services Sector and an interest in expanding the account.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

Lead a team of professionals subcontractors/1099s direct reports and matrixed subject matter experts providing mentorship and development opportunities. Foster a culture of inspiration accountability emotional intelligence mindfulness adaptability and strategic thinking. Manage team performance through formal and informal performance reviews in accordance with company expectations and metrics.

Manage client satisfaction in partnership with teaming partners project managers and their teams.

Lead account strategy account planning budget planning and manage profitability of assigned accounts and engagements within the Marine Corps.

Identify opportunities to profitably expand your account through the pursuit of a pipeline of opportunities that leverage your relationships and our core services.

Provide thought leadership for proposals and evolve the functional applicability of solution offerings with overall accountability for meeting annual accountspecific growth metrics.

Overall accountability for service delivery to our clients; Strive to continually improve the qualityofservice delivery for your clients.

Primary duty location is remote with the ability to travel to the Significance office in Alexandria when needed and not less than weekly to the Pentagon and other Washington D.C. Metro client sites by car or public transportation (no air transport).

Required Skills/Experience

Bachelors Degree and at least 10 years of military or civilian Marine Corps experience or a minimum 15 years of progressively more senior Marine Corps financial management Consulting Services experience; Advanced Degree and/or prior military service a plus.
Demonstrated performance leading accounts with a P&L of at least $15M in annual revenue plus and 2050 employees
Extensive business development and strategy experience within organizations known for building high performing business development functions.
Demonstrated history of winning unrestricted competitive financial management consulting contracts in the Components Services or Agencies.
Solid relationships with key potential partners in the Marine Corps financial consulting services sector.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate and build winwin partnerships within a firm/corporation with a particular focus on understanding how to leverage technology differentiators to improve financial management.
Demonstrated ability to identify emerging business trends resulting in strategy recommendations to senior management.
Ability to constructively influence and interact at the highest levels of the company and in target client agencies.
Excellent communication skills and highly effective interpersonal skills are required as well as an ability to inspire confidence and provide business development leadership throughout the company.

At Significance your base pay is one part of your total compensation package and is determined within a range. Our pay ranges are based on the local cost of labor benchmarks for each specific role level and geographic location.

We carefully consider a wide range of factors when determining compensation including but not limited to experience; jobrelated skill sets; relevant education or training; and other business and organizational needs. The salary range listed is for the level at which this job has been scoped. In the event that you are considered for a different level a higher or lower pay range would apply. This position is also eligible for a comprehensive and generous benefits package.
