We are seeking a dynamic Territory Sales Representative III to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities for the company and selling separations solutions to current and new customers.

Your Responsibilities Will Be:


Identify and pursue business with Refineries Gas plants chemical plants and EPC firms working in the Oil & Gas Industry


Collaborate directly with endusers and EPC firms to optimize critical customer processes


Coordinate and conduct lunch & learn seminars


Collect field samples measurements and perform testing as required


Present test results and proposals to customers


Attend industry networking events conferences and tradeshows

Required Qualifications:

Engineering degree preferred


Minimum of 4 years in same or similar role or extensive contacts with end users and EPC firms


Experience with consultative technical sales


Excellent communication and presentation skills


Logical analytical and problemsolving abilities


Works well in a crossfunctional opencommunication environment


Ability to travel domestically 1050 of the time

Required Competencies Skills & Abilities:


Microsoft Office Suite ERP systems (Epicor and/or D365 is preferred)


Customer and Personal Service (intercultural skills service minded): Application of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment meeting quality standards for services and evaluation of customer satisfaction


Engineering and Technology: Knowledge of the practical application of engineering science and technology. This includes applying principles techniques procedures and equipment to the design and production of various goods and services


Mechanical: Knowledge of machines and tools used in the manufacture of steel products


English Language: Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words rules of composition and grammar


Exercising confidentiality discretion and sound judgment


Sense of Urgency: Motivated selfstarter; able to work effectively without individual task assignments


Social Perceptiveness: Being aware of others reactions and understanding why they react as they do


Critical thinking: Uses logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions conclusions or approaches to problems


Judgment and Decision Making: Considering the relative costs and benefits of potential actions to choose the most appropriate one


Reading Comprehension: Understanding written sentences and paragraphs in work related documents


Active Listening: Giving full attention to what other people are saying taking time to understand the points being made asking questions as appropriate and not interrupting at inappropriate times


Analytical: Strong analytical skills. Being able to analyze complex challenges by identifying fundamental drivers fact finding and creating options based on facts and figures

Writing: Communicating effectively in writing as appropriate for the needs of the audience


Negotiation: Bringing others together and trying to reconcile differences


Welldeveloped ability to multitask and prioritize with strong attention to details

Travel Requirements:

Travel is required as necessary; must have the ability to travel across borders

Office Position Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers phones photocopiers filing cabinets and fax machines.

Concentrated mental and/or visual attention. The work involves performing complex tasks to very close accuracy and quality specifications or a high degree of hand and eye coordination for sustained periods.


The job is typically performed under comfortable working conditions; any disagreeable elements are generally absent during normal performance of job. Visits to our manufacturing facility and suppliers facilities is required to monitor active projects and address design issues.


Compliance with company attendance standards.

Physical Demands
This is largely a sedentary role; however some work with physical computer and/or networking systems may be required to fulfill operational requirements.
