Job Description
Location: Kennesaw State University (KSU) Atlanta Motor Speedway and various event venues
Type: PartTime/Flexible Hours Summer 2025 (may qualify for academic credit or internship)
Event Partners Inc. (EPI) is a leading event staffing provider servicing the Sports and Entertainment industry since 2005. We specialize in providing quality staff for parking access control bag checks ticketing ushering guest services premium hospitality and front and backofhouse operations for concerts athletic events and special events across the country.
We are seeking a dependable energetic and outgoing intern to support our Atlantaarea operations this summer! This assistant manager will work closely with the Atlanta Area Manager to assist with scheduling hiring and event at KSU Atlanta Motor Speedway and other event venues. The assistant manager will be compensated for gas for any required travel and events. This is a great opportunity for students or recent graduates interested in sports entertainment and event operations.
- Assist the Atlanta Area Manager with staffing and operational planning
- Help manage event staff scheduling and communication
- Support hiring efforts for summer events including applicant screening and onboarding
- Participate in and help manage eventday operations at venues such as:
- Atlanta Motor Speedway (Georgia Spring Fair May 918
- Various concerts and festivals including CCMF BCMF and Bonnaroo PGA events
- Ensure team members maintain a professional neat appearance
- Represent EPI professionally at all times while delivering toptier guest experiences
- Familiarity with the Atlanta/Marietta GA area and KSU venues strongly preferred
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or GED required; college enrollment in a related field is a plus
- Ability to stand for long periods and work in various outdoor conditions
- Strong organizational communication and leadership skills
- Reliable selfmotivated and teamoriented
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Paid internship with opportunities for travel and exposure to major national events
- Flexible scheduling around your availability and event needs
- Handson experience in the sports and entertainment industry
