Description of the role:
The Internal Service Writer at West Palm Nissan will be responsible for ensuring efficient communication between customers and the service department. This role plays a critical part in maintaining customer satisfaction and service quality.
Responsibilities:
- Receive customers and determine their service needs
- Provide cost estimates and timeframes for services
- Communicate with technicians to ensure timely completion of services
- Document service requests and maintain customer records
- Resolve any customer complaints or concerns
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a customer service role
- Knowledge of automotive maintenance and repair
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent
