Senior Computer Systems EngineerArchitect

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Evaluate develop and deliver technical input to the systems engineering process
Develop technical documentation system architecture and system design documentation
Interact with the Government regarding Systems Engineering technical considerations and associated problems issues or conflicts
Oversee the technical integrity of work performed and deliverables associated with the Systems Engineering area of responsibility
Communicate with other program personnel Government overseers and senior executives
Guide system development and implementation planning through assessment or preparation of system engineering management plans and system integration and test plans
Analyze complex information and independently take appropriate actions to resolve problems
Provide engineering guidance to technical staff and establishes effective working relationships with other Government agencies and mission partners
Deliver briefings on complex topics to groups which may include highlevel decision makers
Work complex research projects as a senior contributor and as part of an integrated research team
Design and deliver solutions

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Active TS/SCI w/Polygraph
Minimum 10 years of experience as a System Engineer
Bachelors Degree from an accredited college or university in System Engineering or related discipline
Minimum DoD 8570 IASAE Level II certification

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Exposure to Cloud/AWS
A problem solver who can get in be given a project and use engineering skills to determine a solution
Knowledge of DoD Architecture Framework (DODAF)
Able to build systems from the ground up network architecture/systems engineering

United States Cyber Command (USCYBERCOM) is a unified Combatant Command whose mission is to plan coordinate integrate synchronize and conduct activities to direct the operations and defense of the Department of Defense Information Network (DODIN) and conduct full spectrum military cyberspace operations. WAGE INFORMATION

Target salary range: $117000.00 $133000.00. The salary range displayed is an estimate and will be determined on several factors regarding the individuals particular combination of education knowledge skills competencies and experience as well as contract parameters and organizational requirements. The displayed salary is one component of the total compensation package for employees.
