Job Description
Hanbury Manor boasts a magnificent 18hole Championship golf course which is held in great esteem having hosted European Tour Ladies European Tour and European Seniors Tour Events. We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic associate to join the Golf Operation who will provide our members and guests a consistently high level of service & hospitality which is befitting of not only the venue but which has placed Marriott International as a worldclass leader in the travel industry.
The primary focus of the role is to ensure the golf team at Hanbury Manor give an effective 5star service to all golfers on Corporate / Society golf days and to assist the Golf Sales Executive in selling events and up selling extras for the day. To assist in the general running of the golf operations on a daytoday basis in retail membership and outside operations.
Other key duties include:
- Help Manage booking system.
- Report on rounds of golf residential revenues and corporate revenues.
- Coordinate golf days from start to finish from preparation before the day ensuring everything goes smoothly on the day and follow up after.
