Someone who has an unstoppable drive to grow this studio feels comfortable making calls is a fitness lover has strong customer service skills and is an overall selfdriven salesperson.
Job Description:
The Member Consultant is responsible for checkingin members overseeing membership sales facility tours and member retention.
The Member Consultant is also responsible for helping create an environment that motivates and inspires all to be their best and achieve their goals. Develop firstname relationships with members answer questions resolve concerns and put members and guests in touch with the appropriate resources.
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Supporting an exceptional new member onboarding experience that helps members get connected to our studio.
- Responsible for achieving selfgenerated lead targets each month.
- Manage the pipeline of leads to drive conversions
- Responsible for hitting monthly new member growth goals
- Help keep our gym clean wellmaintained and safe for members and guests
- Delivering an outstanding and wellrounded sales and service experience to all guests and members by ensuring a welcoming informative and inclusive experience when they visit you help inspire them to take the right next steps in pursuing their fitness goals within our community
- Studio maintenance & cleaning
Qualifications:
- Previous sales experience preferred
- Excellent customer service skills
- Motivated and passionate about health and fitness
- Positive and detailoriented person that can talk to anyone
- Comfortable learning new software such as MindBody and Loyalsnap
