Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Director/Leader to join our team at ChickfilA Sam Nunn Blvd a leading quick service restaurant that has received top customer satisfaction scores for three consecutive years and is listed as one of Americas best midsize employers by Forbes. This is a handson management role that offers autonomy and the opportunity to impact the lives of both team members and guests. The successful candidate will have prior leadership experience and a passion for ChickfilAs values. The learning and development plan that leads into this role is unlike others in our industry and you work directly with a ChickfilA Owner/Operator. This opportunity offers a chance to make quality business decisions through practical leadership experiences and guided coaching.
Responsibilities include:
- Lead the business to healthy sales growth profitability and excellence by ensuring the team is organized and the culture is aligned around our vision and values.
- Deliver operational excellence and coordinate with other leaders to drive results across all areas of the restaurant
- Building highperforming teams and identifying and coaching leaders for both front and back of house operations
- Managing a team of 80 and creating a fun environment for individuals to thrive.
- Increasing profitability through systemic processes that reduce costs increase productivity and promote sales
- Maintaining a safe secure and protected environment.
- Collaborating with other organizational leaders to achieve highlevel goals
Qualifications:
- 2 years of leadership experience
- Bachelors degree (preferred)
- Proven track record of developing others
- Open Availability and Saturday availability.
- Public Speaking Experience.

This is a fulltime role with a pay range of $35000 $65000 per year. Candidates must be willing to work various shifts including weekends and may be required to relocate. Apply now to be contacted for an interview.
