Job Description
MSIL Staffing & Packaging and its local client are NOW HIRING Machine Operators for Resonac in the Greensburg Indiana area!
$15.00 / hour
Shifts: 2nd 2:30PM 11:00PM Monday Friday
**Must be willing and available to work OVERTIME as needed on Saturdays & Sundays**
Machine Operators are responsible for quality control tracking transporting and packaging order items for distribution. Shipping associates are highly organized detail oriented and observant.
Job duties:
Inspects parts for defects as they come off the production line
Logs all processing information and data with accuracy and full detail
Completes tasks according to standardized work processes quality goals and manufacturing schedules
Maintains the good working condition of equipment and tools
Promotes teamwork and safety in the warehouse
Communicates daily with supervisor and production.
Prepares shipping paperwork.
Ensures all finished material is counted and placed in proper location.
Skills & requirements:
Experience in manufacturing or production preferred
Basic math reading and comprehension skills
computer skills
Must be dependable & reliable
Must pass drug screen and background check

Physical requirements:
Must be able to stand 8 hours per day
Requires the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. stand and walk for prolonged periods climb reach crouch operate a pallet jack and perform repetitive movements with upper and lower extremities.
