JOB DESCRIPTION
St. Pius X Elementaryis seeking a full time Physical Education teacher to join our team immediately starting between April 1421 and serving until June 2025 with a potential opportunity to continue in the next academic year. In addition to teaching P.E. the successful candidate will help coach girls soccer coach high jump (training can be provided if necessary) as well as help plan Sports Day for the school in June (support would be provided).
The ideal candidate will understand how to effectively manage students in the gym and during outdoor activities. They will have a passion for athletics an ability to pass on their love of physical activity to their students and a desire for each student to achieve their best regardless of natural ability. They will also show a willingness to collaborate with colleagues and an eagerness to participate in the schools extracurricular programs and events.
