About the role:

The Officer Student Success is responsible for delivering consistent and efficient service to stakeholders and students through timely accurate and standardised information related to student success. The role anticipates common needs offers selfservice solutions and resolves standard queries through established processes. As a primary point of contact for student success enquiries the Officer Student Success ensures that interactions are handled swiftly and effectively prioritising operational consistency and highquality service and works closely with team members across the Division on student success initiatives. Reporting to the Lead Student Fairness and Operations the Officer Student Success works within a structured environment to deliver services that meet the needs of the University community.


Accountabilities:

  • Coach and guide team members to achieve individual team and University goals while fostering respectful inclusive teamwork and effective communication.

  • Role model ethical behaviours seek advice and expertise as needed and ensure decisions are informed by relevant information.

  • Respond promptly to customer needs tailor communication to diverse audiences and present information clearly and concisely to ensure understanding.

  • Maintain positive relationships support team members during pressure or change and collaborate productively with diverse stakeholders.

  • Take ownership of goals adopt innovative practices and contribute to continuous improvement by providing feedback and identifying opportunities for change.

To be successful youll have:

  • Completion of a Degree without subsequent relevant work experience; or

  • An equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.

  • Experience in administration document handling customer service.

  • Knowledge of stakeholder liaison is large complex organisations and customer service.
