Doctolib is looking for an enthusiastic and handson Product Compliance Legal Counsel based in Paris with extensive knowledge on marketing advertising digital and privacy topics.

The role of the Product Compliance team at Doctolib is to cobuild with the Tech & Product teams innovative pragmatic and sustainable legal solutions wherever we operate. As we are implementing more and more AI into our products you will get the chance to work on innovative projects at a very exciting time in Doctolibs development.

As Product Compliance Legal Counsel you will be a key member of the Legal team. You will join a team composed of skilled lawyers and will report directly to the Senior Leadership.

What Youll do :

Thanks to your experience in marketing digital and challenging environments you will :

• Take great part to the medicalization of Doctolib by cobuilding our medical solutions ;
• Provide support and guidance to marketing teams (B2B and B2C digital marketing optimization of communication channels and advertising campaigns commercial prospecting) ;
• Elaborate and enrich compliance policies guidelines and knowledge management systems ;
• Support our innovations on AI ;
• Participate to the development of awareness and training actions to ensure successful endtoend delivery of our frameworks ;
• Follow ongoing regulatory and legislative developments on digital & ehealth laws in Europe to properly advise the relevant teams on the latest developments and upcoming changes ;
• Support and collaborate seamlessly with the rest of the Legal team on various topics in all our countries.

Who you are :

• You have 3 years experience as a lawyer in an international company/law firm or fastpaced environment;
• You have knowledge and experience in marketing advertising and ecommerce law ;
• You have a deep understanding of privacy law and a good understanding of digital law ;
• You have excellent communication skills both oral and in written ;
• You have an entrepreneurial mindset with the ambition to transform the healthcare sector ;
• You are fluent in French and English. German or Italian is a plus.
