Job Overview
Podar Education Network is seeking a qualified and passionate PRT English teacher for its Belagavi location. This is a fulltime junior position that requires a minimum of 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience in the educational sector. The candidate should be adept at delivering effective English lessons while fostering a positive learning environment.
Qualifications and Skills
- (Mandatory skill) is essential to provide a strong foundation in educational principles and teaching strategies.
- M.A in English (Mandatory skill) to ensure advanced understanding of the English language and literature.
- Proficiency in English (Mandatory skill) is required to communicate effectively and teach curriculum content.
- Experience in lesson planning to create structured and comprehensive lesson plans meeting curriculum standards.
- Ability in classroom management to maintain a positive and conducive learning environment.
- Skill in differentiated instruction to cater to diverse student needs and learning styles.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with students parents and colleagues.
- Experience in curriculum development to contribute to educational material and syllabus preparation.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver engaging English lessons that align with the schools curriculum and educational standards.
- Maintain a supportive classroom environment that encourages student participation and collaboration.
