This position is a cross functional role that will be responsible for inputting all invoicing including electronicand manual invoices for all lines of Dent Wizard business.
Essential Duties and Responsibilitiesinclude the following. Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs:
Verification of batch totals.
Maintain invoice files customer and technician.
Research and resolve any disputes regarding invoices.
Receive and input invoice data from technicians and managers into Netsuite.
Rapid verification of accuracy and completeness of invoices including identifying proper technician and customer information will be required.
General administrative duties as assigned such as filing general.correspondence and support of coworkers.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Strong Excel skills are required.
Previous experience with Netsuitepreferred
Strong 10 key skills 12000 to 14000 key strokes per hour required)
Superior customer service skills including excellent phone etiquette.
Ability to work under strict deadlines
Ability to demonstrate strong independent and organizational skills along with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team as well as an individual
40 hours per week plus mandatory overtime may be required.
The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications experience and geographic location.
The starting compensation is expected to be:
