Job Description
Servilink Systems Limited is hiring a Project Engineer.
Job Title: Project Engineer
Experience: 2 to 7 Years
Qualification: BEIC/EE/EC
Location: Vadodara
Roles & Responsibilities :
1. PLC programming languages: Proficiency in languages like Ladder Logic (LL) Function Block Diagram (FBD) Structured Text (ST) and Sequential Function Chart (SFC).
2. PLC platforms: Familiarity with popular PLC platforms such as AllenBradley (Rockwell Automation) Siemens Mitsubishi and Omron.
3. Programming tools: Knowledge of programming software like RSLogix TIA Portal GX Works and CXProgrammer.
4. Networking protocols: Understanding of industrial networking protocols such as EtherNet/IP PROFINET and Modbus.
5. Data structures and algorithms: Familiarity with data structures (e.g. arrays linked lists) and algorithms (e.g. sorting searching).
6. ObjectOriented Programming (OOP): Knowledge of OOP concepts such as encapsulation inheritance and polymorphism.
7. Version control systems: Familiarity with version control systems like Git SVN or Mercurial.
Soft Skills :
1. Problemsolving: Ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
2. Communication: Effective communication skills to collaborate with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders.
3. Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
4. Time management: Strong time management skills to meet project deadlines.
5. Adaptability: Willingness to learn new technologies platforms and programming languages.
Industry Knowledge :
1. Industrial automation: Understanding of industrial automation concepts including control systems sensors actuators and motor control.
2. Industry standards: Familiarity with industry standards such as IEC 611313 and safety standards like IEC 61508.
3. Domain expertise: Knowledge of specific industries such as manufacturing oil and gas or water treatment.
Responsibilities to be handled :
Automation Software Development Software validation and installation in different systems Rockwell & Siemens.
