We are searching for an additionalClient Care Coordinator to work with our clients to provide quality home care services. This isa challengingbut rewarding opportunity for someone who wants to feel like they are making a differencein the life ofseniorsin Central Ohio by matching caregiver skills/talents with client be able to multi task at a high level and be able to fit and change schedules together as needed.

  • Schedule caregivers to meet client scheduling and care needs
  • Conduct regularlyscheduledfollow up telephonecalls and home visits with clients to ensure highsatisfaction
  • Counsel caregivers to meet client and company expectations
  • Recognize and reward good job performanceandpromotecaregiver recognition
  • Maintain detailed documentation on all scheduling changes and corrections
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients their families and caregivers
  • Occasionalpaid on call responsibilities

To be considered:

  • Prior experience scheduling multiple employees and clients (Home Care scheduling preferred)
  • Ability to listenand communicate clearly fluently anddiplomatically
  • Route Efficiency
  • Creative thinking
  • Ability to do caregiver phone screening
  • Willing to do On Call
  • Able to remain flexible resilient calm and maintain a sense of humorin all situations
  • Work independently and proactivelywith minimumdirectionor supervision
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office schedulingsystems and other healthcare industry related software
  • Pass a thorough background screening and have excellent employment references
