Job Description
BrewsterPierce Memorial School is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Elementary Multiage Teacher to join our school community. The successful candidate will demonstrate knowledge and experience in the following:

- Have knowledge of and experience with implementing mindfulness strategies.
- Experience working in a multiage classroom.
- Nurture and promote selfdiscovery respect cooperation and growth mindset in students.
- Develop and maintain collaborative partnerships with families.
- Collaborate effectively and respectfully with colleagues.
- Understanding and experience with Multi Tiered Systems of Supports.
- Seek and embrace constructive feedback with the perspective that continuous growth is essential for professional fulfillment.
- Use data and evidence to selfevaluate current practices and to shape classroom experiences to best meet students needs.
- Demonstrate knowledge of and have experience implementing readers and writers workshop standards based mathematics program such as Investigations Common Core Standards and inquiry based science instruction.
