Apple Autos is seeking a motivated Bilingual Spanish Speaking Used Car Sales & Finance Consultant to join our team. In this role you will receive handson training in both the sales process and the purchasing of vehicles. Additionally you will learn how to guide customers through financing options. If you have a passion for cars a positive attitude and a willingness to learn we want to hear from you! What Youll Do
- Develop personal selling skills though continued professional training on technique and product.
- Work with customers to determine what their vehicle needs is and discuss the options.
- Be proactive by seeking new customers through prospecting and referrals.
- Follow the dealerships processes and procedures to ensure an excellent rating on the sales delivery and followup process from each customer.
- Use closing techniques effectively; ask for help from management with closing when necessary.
- Set goals for each months productivity; plan and organize how to reach those objectives.
- Maintain customer information and contact management system.
What Youll Bring
We are looking for selfstarters with great people skills. Our ideal candidate will be highlyorganized detailorientated and are a high volume customer satisfaction dealership with sound integrity. Our sales representatives have a variety of backgrounds.
- Previous Automotive sales experience is required.
- Proficient computer skills including email and internet experience.
- Excellent verbal/written communication and presentation skills.
- Valid drivers license with an acceptable driving record.
- Professional and respectful.
- Outgoing with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport.
- Bilingual preferred.
