How you will contribute:

La risorsa verr inserita allinterno della Produzione in qualit di Orafo e si occuper delle seguenti attivit:

• Fabbricazione di gioielli che richiedono abilit manuale ed esperienza medio alta;

• Collaborazione con lindustrializzazione nel proporre e prototipare soluzioni tecniche atte a risolvere problemi funzionali;

• Contributo attivo alle attivit di miglioramento continuo del reparto produzione.

Who you are:

• Precedente esperienza maturata nel ruolo di almeno 8/10 anni;

• Orientamento al risultato con un forte focus alle ottimizzazioni dei costi (tempi e metodi di produzione);

• Buone doti comunicative e attitudine al lavoro di squadra;

• Preferibilmente aver ricoperto ruoli di coordinamento di team di lavoro.
