Chapman Automotive Group (CAG) Acceptance LLC is an Arizona based full service indirect automobile finance company specializing in subprime auto loans. We are searching for anexperienced Auto Collections Specialist to contribute to a resultsoriented team. To be successful in this role candidates should be wellversed in FDCPA standards and collections regulations selfmotivated and goal ideal candidate will have experience with subprime auto loan collections or buy here pay here collections but any collections experience is welcome!

Core Responsibilities:
- Make and receive calls consistently following the companys collections call model and techniques speaking clearly and concisely and listening effectively.
- Assist customers with questions about their loans and negotiate the best possible payment arrangements based on each customers individual circumstances.
- Display professionalism tact and empathy while speaking with customers.
- Make recommendations to litigate when necessary while following all state and FDCPA standards.
- Consistently and accurately document all information pertaining to accounts.
- Accurately process checkbyphone and/or electronic payments.
- Perform indepth skip tracing tasks to locate borrowers.
Desired Qualifications and Experience:
- A minimum of 2 years of collections experience is ; subprime auto loan collections is strongly preferred!
- A minimum of 2 years ofexperience skip tracing isrequired.
- Uptodate knowledge of FDCPA standards and state laws.
- Ability to maintain composure with difficult or irate customers.
- Ability to simultaneously take good notes while speaking with customers.
- Selfmotivated takes initiative and works well independently.
- Superb verbal and written communication skills bilingual is a plus!
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook Excel and Word required.
- Must pass a preemployment background check and drug screening.
Hours and Work Environment:
This is an onsite position at our office located in Scottsdale AZ. Our office consists of a small team of high performers. As part of our team you will be entrusted to work independently and manage your own workload. Hours are Monday Friday 8am to 5pm with occasional Saturdays and/or overtime.
