Associate Trainee HEOR (Health Economics & Outcomes Research)
This is aRemote Position.

KMK Consulting Inc. offers a threemonth intensive handson training program designed to give entrylevel industryspecific knowledge needed to transition to clientbased work as a KMK employee. The Associate Trainee will complete all required training and conduct business analyses/data analysis/data science using programming and automation tools to support skill centres within designated KMK business unit.

Responsibilities and Skills and Knowledge Acquisition:
- Gain understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and drug commercialization
- Gain specific subject matter knowledge
- Complete KMK Fundamental Training with mentorship support
- Conducting appropriate quantitative / qualitative research and provide gainful business conclusion
- Skillfulimplementation of analytical & statistical competency to derive insightful results
- Proactively collaborate with other team member and stakeholders to define best practices and improve deliverables
- Determine potential risk factors in project implementation & deliverables
- Generate high quality readily interpretable deliverables (e.g. data tables graphs charts study reports).
- Necessary project specific business documentation
Required Competences:
- Excellent English verbal aptitude skill
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skill
- Good at Statistical and Mathematical calculations
- Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Excel is plus
- Intermediate programming knowledge in Python/R/SQL is plus
Qualifications/Education:
- Masters degree in Computer Science/Statistics/Mathematics/Biostatistics or Any other relevant background with knowledge in Python/R/SQL Programming skills
- Pharmaceutical Background or Degree in Pharma or Healthcare is an advantage
