The Senior Technical Project Manager will manage and lead projects through all phases of our SDLC. This role will drive project lead operational technical teams develop project plans facilitate team collaboration and manage work across multiple teams internal and external.
You should have proven experience leading and driving medium to large enterpriselevel technical projects or programs using different project methodologies (iterative and waterfall). You thrive and able to change styles to suit the situation of the moment. You inspire and motivate your team to do the same. You are an analytical person gathering the facts before making an informed decision but you can solution quickly if the circumstance requires.
What youll be doing:
Create project plans and lead implementation across multiple teams to meet the projects definition of done
Collaborate with Technical Product Owners and Technical Leads to deliver challenging our goals and outcomes
Document coordinate crossteam dependencies and risks to keep projects on track
Create and communicate regular project status reporting to all levels of the organization Facilitate team events such as the daily sync planning reviews and retrospectives.
Build operational readiness plans to ensure seamless transition to operational staff Build relationships with partners Technical Product Owners and other members outside the teams or in other departments
Work with peers to add process or procedures by applying project management practices to increase productivity and effectiveness for the teams we work with
