Projects Investment Analyst

We are looking for a Projects Investment Analyst to join our Project Management Office (PMO). The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical and financial skills to support strategic decisionmaking portfolio governance and process optimization.

Important: This is not a project management role. In this position you will not be managing projects or coordinating project delivery teams. Instead you will focus on portfoliolevel analysis investment oversight and reporting to support the strategic direction of the company.

Contract Details:

• Location  Fullremote from Spain
• Contract  Permanent fulltime 36 h/week)

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Head of PMO in Strategy and OKRs development and portfolio governance.

• Own and manage the investment and budgeting process for projects.

• Develop dashboards and reports to track and analyse project investments  

• Align financial strategies between PMO Finance and other teams.

• Drive process automation and efficiency improvements across reporting and planning workflows.

Qualifications :

• Bachelors/Masters degree in Engineering Economics IT or related fields.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a PMO Financial Planning or Business Consulting or similar analytical role.

• Proficient in Excel with strong data management skills

• Ability in transforming data analysis into easytounderstand visual reports and presentations

• Strong analytical mindset and structured problemsolving

• Comfortable interacting with stakeholders at all levels including Clevel executives.

• Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.
