Supplier Relationship Manager Group Procurement Technology

Were looking for a passionate commercially savvy and stakeholderfocused Supplier Relationship Manager to join our Group Procurement Technology SRM team to drive value innovation and performance across multiple technology domains.

This role is your opportunity to lead highimpact supplier partnerships that directly support Qantas Technology strategy and innovation. Youll work closely with Executive stakeholders and Tier 1 technology suppliers to deliver value mitigate risks and drive longterm strategic outcomes.

What Youll Be Doing

• Lead the governance and performance of 46 strategic technology suppliers across multiple domains.
• Collaborate with internal Technology and Procurement stakeholders to ensure supplier performance aligns with Qantas goals.
• Manage complex contracts monitor supplier performance resolve disputes and negotiate commercial outcomes to maximise value.
• Identify and implement supplierdriven innovation and continuous improvement programs.
• Facilitate executivelevel supplier governance forums
• Provide leadership to a team of Relationship Specialists and Analysts supporting their development and performance and contribute to a collaborative highperformance team culture.
• Deliver contract health checks identify savings opportunities and champion SRM best practices.
• Act as a trusted advisor across the Qantas Group bringing commercial expertise and valueled thinking.
• Support the SRM Portfolio Manager mentor SRM Specialists and Analysts

What Youll Bring

• 7 years experience in contract negotiation commercial supplier governance and vendor managementpreferably in IT services.
• A Bachelors degree is essential; CIPS certification desirable.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills including at Csuite level.
• Proven ability to work independently and solve complex problems in a dynamic environment.
• Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
• Experience in managing offshore and outsourced service providers.
• A collaborative mindset with a drive for innovation and continuous improvement.
• A passion for delivering outcomes that make Qantas a customer of choice for our suppliers.
