Job Description:

At Saint Paul Catholic School teachers aides parents and students work together to grow cultivate and nurture a love of learning and spiritual growth. We are looking for a faithfilled teacher who has a genuine love for children and passion for teaching.

Job Requirements:

Provides a positive environment in which students are encouraged to be actively engaged in the learning process. Implements instructional activities that contribute to a climate where students are engaged in meaningful learning experiences. Identifies selects and modifies instructional resources to meet the needs of the students with varying backgrounds learning styles and special needs. Uses and analyzes data to drive instructional practices including ILEARN and NWEA MAP diagnostic data. Maintains effective and efficient record keeping procedures. Carries out the Catholic mission of our school. Establishes and maintains cooperative working relationships with students parents and colleagues.

Job Qualifications:

Degree in education with a middle school language arts concentration (or will obtain by June 2025

Indiana Teaching License (or will obtain by July 2025

Technology Integration

Such alternatives to the above qualifications as administration may find appropriate and acceptable.

Applicants must not have been evaluated as ineffective on an action plan or recommended for probation assistance on their most recent evaluation.
