Job Description
OBJECTIVE: Empower our clients by delivering impactful data visualization projects using Toucan Tocos software.
As a Dataviz Consultant within our Product Specialists team you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of highquality data visualization projects for our clients. You will work closely with senior team members to design implement and optimize dashboards provide dataviz consulting and ensure our clients achieve their business goals through datadriven insights.
RESPONSABILITIES
Learn and Master Toucans Software: Gain a deep understanding of Toucans features capabilities and updates to become a goto resource for clients and colleagues.
Client Collaboration: Work alongside clients to understand their data visualization needs business objectives and the specific questions they aim to answer through data.
Dashboard Creation: Assist in designing and implementing impactful dashboards and data visualizations using Toucans software.
Data Integration: Support clients in integrating their data sources with Toucans platform and advise on automating data refresh processes.
CrossTeam Collaboration: Work with Product Development Customer Success and Sales teams to share client feedback and contribute to product improvements.
Knowledge Sharing: Contribute to internal knowledgesharing initiatives to improve project delivery quality and efficiency.
