Job Description

Currently we have an immediate opening for a Trust Relationship Officerto join our team.The Trust Relationship Officer is responsible for developing managing and servicing trust and fiduciary account relationships on behalf of Firefighters First Federal Credit Union. This role encompasses the full scope of duties performed by a trust officer including relationship management business development and fiduciary account administration.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Managing trust and fiduciary account relationships including account administration and member relationship management.
- Providing estate planning consultations and educational seminars; addressing member questions on trust and fiduciary services.
- Assisting with the investment management of client accounts in coordination with fiduciary objectives.
- Administering trust and probate estates serve as corporate trustee and meeting with beneficiaries to ensure effective service delivery.
- Reviewing and interpreting fiduciary documents to support accurate and compliant account management.
- Developing and present wealth management education to credit union members and internal teams.
- Leading marketing business development and sales efforts to promote trust services and grow assets under management.
Basic Qualifications:
- Education: Juris Doctorate
- Experience in one or more of the following: trust officer finance banking sales customer service and/or account management
- Minimum three years of experience with estate planning or trust officer.
