We are delighted to continue assisting an excellent group of restaurants. One of their luxurious establishments a premium steakhouse set in the heart of Bristol is looking for an experienced Restaurant General Manager to lead and inspire their Front of House team of 20.
Youll be wondering whats in it for you as the Restaurant General Manager
- 35000 per annum plus 15000 service charge and a 15 incentive bonus

- Leading a talented team of 20 FOH staff
Responsibilities as the Restaurant General Manager
- Taking a handson approach to leading and managing the team
- Providing highquality training and development to the Front of House team
- Being proactive by developing and implementing strategies to enhance guests dining experiences
- Going above and beyond to ensure every guest has a positive experience and leaves wanting to return
