Job Description
As aFull Stack Developer with Maverc you will play a critical role in designing and developing software requirements for multiple Artificial Intelligence based support capabilities including the software architectures APIs frameworks and libraries. Iwill leverageknowledge of front end and back end software prototypes components and tolling to speed the prototyping process. Collaborating closely with crossfunctional teams including product owners UI/UX designers and data engineers I help bring innovative features to life while meeting the companys strategic objectives.
- Design and develop software requirements forAIbased support capabilities including software architectures APIs frameworks and libraries.
- Develop frontend and backend software prototypes components and tooling to accelerate the prototyping process.
- Maintain and guide the development of common libraries and tools used by multiple teams.
- Manage the existing code base ofinproduction applications perform bug fixes updates to meet security and performance needs and implement planned capability enhancements in the sprint schedule.
- Collaborate closely with clients and requirements owners to build product lines.
- Developplans roadmaps andsoftware design strategies. Analyze and decompose activities/requirements into software designs allocated across system components.
- Contribute to formulating strategies forrapid prototyping of AI capabilities includingGenerative AI.
- Work with data scientists UX designers cognitive scientists developers and testers to create cohesive software designs for scalable AI solutions.
- Document requirements specifications and review documentation from other teams and vendors.
- Optimize software designs and architectures to meet performance targets and develop tooling/methodologies for profiling and capturing performance metrics.
- Stay uptodate on the latestAI system architectures design patternsDevSecOpspractices and trends in systems architecture.
- Capture develop and reportreference architecturesand document compliance standards.
Requirements
- Active Top Secret (TS) Security ClearancewithSensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) eligibilityis required.
- Proficiency in programming languages includingPythonJavaScript and at least one additional programming language (preferablyJava.
- Experience withfrontend frameworks(e.g.ReactVue andbackend runtimes/frameworks(e.g.SpringSpring BootDjangoFlask.
- Experience withAgile software developmentmethodologies and tools.
- Expertise inDevSecOps including the use ofContinuous Integration / Continuous Delivery (CI/CD)tools (e.g.Git runnerscode scanning tools.
- Experience withcontainerizationand usingKubernetes.
- Familiarity withObject Relational Modelingpersistence frameworks (e.g.SQLAlchemy andPostgreSQL.
- Familiarity withElasticSearch/OpenSearchandNeo4Jas persistent stores.
- Indepth understanding of modern software architectures likemicroservicesand frontend frameworks.
- Strongcommunication skills: ability to engage proactively with fellow CDAO members inside and outside the team.
- Ability to synthesize feature requests recommend alternative technical/business approaches and facilitate engineering efforts to meet aggressive timelines.
- DoDD 8140 IAT Level IIIcertification is preferred.
Education:
- Bachelors Degreeplus57yearsof experience or
- Masters Degreeplus3yearsof experience.
