Sentara Martha Jefferson is hiring a Supervisor Nursing and Patient Care Services for a Full Time position in Charlottesville VA. This is a rotating hours position including nights and weekends as needed.
The Supervisor Nursing and Patient Care Services is responsible for overseeing and managing the daytoday operations of the healthcare facility during their shift ensuring highquality patient care safety and staff efficiency. This position serves as the primary liaison between departments providing leadership direction and support to nursing staff physicians and other healthcare providers. The Supervisor is also tasked with coordinating patient flow managing staffing levels responding to emergencies and addressing any operational issues that may arise throughout their shift.
