Core Responsibilities
- Maintains a section and provides memorable service experiences while monitoring the rest of the room.
- Handles guest complaints with kindness and understanding.
- Sets and upholds positive vibes throughout the room.
- Helps inspire and develop staff.
- Writes detailed end of shift reports.
- Draws section maps handles shift cash outs and sets daily goals and intentions for the team.
- Makes recommendations that improve restaurant systems.
- Ability to coordinate direct and support others work.

- Min 2 years table service experience.
- Leadership experience.
- Thrives in a team environment.
- Able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Strong customer service and troubleshooting skills.
- Must be able to lift and carry boxes.
- Able to stand for up to 10 hours.
