Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior BIM Specialist to join our team in Gurgaon India. In this role you will lead the implementation and management of Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes across our projects ensuring efficient collaboration and highquality deliverables.
- Develop and maintain BIM standards workflows and best practices for the organization
- Oversee the creation and management of 3D models using advanced BIM software
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure accurate and consistent BIM implementation
- Conduct clash detection and resolve conflicts in multidisciplinary models
- Provide technical support and training to team members on BIM software and processes
- Collaborate with architects engineers and contractors to optimize project outcomes
- Analyze and report on BIM data to support decisionmaking and improve efficiency
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in BIM
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations in BIM models
- Participate in client meetings to present BIM solutions and address technical queries
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree or diploma in Architecture Engineering or related field
- 5 years of experience in BIM implementation and management
- Advanced proficiency in BIM software particularly Autodesk Revit and Navisworks
- Strong skills in 3D modeling and visualization
- Indepth knowledge of BIM standards and best practices
- Proven experience in project coordination and management
- Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- BIM certification (e.g. Autodesk Certified Professional) preferred
- Comprehensive understanding of the construction industry building codes and regulations
- Experience working in architectural engineering or construction firms
- Ability to work efficiently in a fastpaced detailoriented environment
- Demonstrated organizational skills and attention to detail
