Job Description
- Assess patients to develop and initiate treatment plans based on the evaluation results
- Provide direct patient care by established protocols and patient care guidelines
- Document findings progress and instructions to patients and caregivers
- Complete a written plan of care develop goals based on evaluation findings and develop a comprehensive program to attain goals
- Implement physical therapy treatment program and provide essential physical therapy treatments
- Communicate effectively with patients/caregivers and professional colleagues.
- Ensure timely documentation including daily notes progress reports initial evaluations and discharge summaries through electronic medical record.

Qualifications :
- Graduate degree from CAPTEaccredited Physical Therapy program. New graduates are encouraged to apply wed love for you to start your career with us!
- Current state of North Dakota license and CPR certification
- Ability to create and implement outpatient balance and vestibular rehabilitationsetting treatment plans or willingness to learn
- Ability to work efficiently/effectively in an autonomous environment
- Basic PC skills and knowledge including but not limited to Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system
