We are seeking a detailoriented and highly organized Data Entry & Administrative Assistant to support our operations by ensuring accurate order processing efficient recordkeeping and seamless communication between teams. This role is critical in maintaining smooth daytoday business functions particularly in order management and logistics coordination.
JOB DESCRIPTION FOR A DATA ENTRY/ ADMIN ASSISTANT
Your Responsibilities as a Data Entry/Admin Assistant would be: Order Processing & Data Entry: Accurately enter and update customer orders for perishable and nonperishable goods into internal systems. Email & Client Communication: Manage and respond to emails from clients ensuring prompt and precise order handling. Logistics Coordination: Generate and distribute delivery schedules and run sheets for drivers to optimize efficiency. Inventory & Record Management: Maintain uptodate records of customer orders delivery schedules and stock levels. Invoice Processing: Create review and process invoices ensuring accurate documentation and timely completion. Team Collaboration: Communicate with warehouse and packing teams to confirm order details resolve discrepancies and ensure smooth operations. Customer Support: Address client inquiries professionally providing updates on order status and resolving any issues. Reporting & Analysis: Assist in preparing reports related to order volumes inventory levels and operational efficiency. General Administrative Support: Handle documentation filing and office coordination to support overall business functions.
Qualifications as a Data Entry/Admin Assistant: Bachelor s degree of any 4year course 35 years of experience in data entry and administrative roles ideally within logistics wholesale or food supply industries. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word) and familiarity with order management or inventory tracking systems. Strong accuracy and data entry skills ensuring errorfree documentation. Ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fastpaced environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills with a proactive approach to resolving issues. Capable of working both independently and collaboratively with crossfunctional teams.
