Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Ad Ops Manager to join our Advertising Technology team. In this position you will play an essential role in driving the successful of our technical and IT projects. You will be the driving force behind planning executing and closing projects ensuring that they are completed on time within scope and within budget. The impact of your role will extend far beyond the realms of project management as you will have the opportunity to shape the future of our organization by delivering innovative solutions and optimizing our project management processes.
Our ideal candidate is a certified PMP professional with expertise in driving fastpaced projects with evolving priorities and has excellent communication skills. Experience in Cable or Ad Tech industries is preferred. This is a fulltime position ideally based in NYC with the option to work remotely. Travel for up to 25 may be required. Candidates will be paid based on their work experience and skills. Candidates are also eligible for our full list of benefits linked here.
Responsibilities:
- All project level activities necessary for delivery of Ad Tech software platforms.
- Lead and develop comprehensive project plans set clear milestones and manage resources efficiently to meet project objectives and deadlines.
- Own maintenance enforcement and communication of key Project Management deliverables including project plan/timeline scope requirements communication plan maintaining RAID log enforcing RACI matrix and coordinating Go Live plan.
- Manage workstreams across projects identifying and reporting on gaps and risks.
- Integrate and collaborate with PMO on crossproject dependencies.
- Coordinate meetings and collaborative deliverables between client and thirdparty vendors reporting on any risks gaps or misalignments.
- Work with stakeholders to identify and mitigate projectlevel risks and issues holding project level resources accountable and report on a status for issues requiring executive attention.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with leadership stakeholders and cross functional teams ensuring their involvement and buyin throughout the project.
- Comprehend project requirements from both a business and a technical standpoint and serve as the liaison between business users and the project team.
- Assist with ticket and bug management regularly meeting with team updating JIRA and calling out issues to the Program Manager.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in computer science Business Administration or other related field.
- 7 10 years of proven Project Management experience in a technical or ITrelated environment.
- Current PMP Certification is preferred.
- Proven ability to work in fastpaced environment with evolving priorities.
- Skilled at identifying gaps and mitigations as well as holding stakeholders accountable.
- Proficient in tools and methodologies such as Agile/Scrum and JIRA.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Understanding of technical concepts and the ability to work closely with technical teams.
- Strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A resultsoriented mindset and have strong organizational skills.
