Job Description:

DK Consulting LLC is seeking enthusiastic and empathetic individuals to join our remote call center team. This is an excellent opportunity to work from the comfort of your home while delivering exceptional customer service and unlocking pathways for career advancement.

Responsibilities:
Provide enthusiastic and empathetic customer service to our clients.
Handle inbound and/or outbound calls professionally and efficiently.

Requirements

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum 6 months of virtual call center experience or 1 year in a brickandmortar setting. Previous noncall center customer service experience will be considered.
Ability to pass a background check.
Excellent verbal communication skills and active listening abilities.
Reliable internet connection and a quiet distractionfree workspace.
Basic proficiency in computer skills (e.g. navigating systems and applications).
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends (you set your own schedule).
A Windows 11 computer (Mac OS and Chromebooks are not supported).
