This senior leadership position plays a crucial role in overseeing the companys secretarial affairs audit functions and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. Responsible for developing and implementing robust governance risk management and compliance frameworks to safeguard the interests of the company and its stakeholders.
Secretarial Affairs Management
- Oversee all aspects of corporate governance including board and committee meetings resolutions and regulatory filings.
- Managing administrative and secretarial functions within the organization such as
- Maintaining corporate records organizing board meetings and ensuring compliance with
- Provide guidance and support to the board of directors and senior management on corporate governance matters.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws regulations and corporate governance best practices.
- Manage the companys corporate records including minutes resolutions and other legal documents.
- Liaise with external legal counsel and regulatory authorities as needed.
Audit Oversight
The Head of Secretarial Affairs Audit and Compliance is responsible for overseeing the audit process including both internal and external audits. They ensure that audits are conducted efficiently accurately and in accordance with relevant standards and regulations
