Job Description
This is a remote position.
Work schedule:
- Fulltime; 40 hours per week
- Monday to Friday
- 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM Abbotsford British Columbia Canada Pacific time(11:30 PM 7:30 AM Manila time); 8 hours per day with a 30minute paid break
Responsibilities
- Manage accounts payable processes including processing invoices and payments
- Handle accounts receivable tasks including following up on customer payments
- Communicate with vendors and customers primarily via email occasionally by phone
- Assist in maintaining accurate financial records and documentation
- Support the finance department in various accounting tasks as needed
Requirements
- Experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Proficiency in using accounting software with the ability to learn new systems quickly
- Strong communication skills particularly in written English
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate financial records
- Selfmotivated and able to work independently in a remote setting
